  My son has been wanting jaws shoes and within 4 hours of wearing them- they showed signs of smudging in several places on both shoes. I wrote the seller in hopes of making this work as my son is upset and I spent more than I should’ve on these shoes. She said she couldn’t see any smudging and had me send several pictures showing the marks and nothing has been addressed to repair the obvious marks that are not a part of the design.
