  Horrible customer service! Really, I mean NO customer service. As mentioned in several other comments, shipped off radio for repair a month ago with no communications beyond that point. Seller does not respond to messages!

  I purchased a repair service on May 18, 2025, and the seller (TMW) received my item on May 20. As of today, June 12, I have not received my repaired item back, and the seller has stopped all communication despite multiple attempts to reach out. This delay has left me with no choice but to purchase a replacement module and find another service provider to complete the repair. It’s incredibly disappointing and frustrating. In my experience, this seller has been unprofessional and untrustworthy.

  I highly recommend TMW Repairs for ABS module repair. I removed the part from my car, and shipped it to them on a Monday. I received the part back on Friday and installed it in my 2014 Accord. The problem is now resolved , and I saved a ton of money. Great communication as well- Thank you !

  I had an in warranty module acting up. I contacted TMW and received a response in less than an hour with instructions on returning. The module was repaired and on it's way back to me the same day they received it!!
