  Ordered this item july 20th. Didn't recieve it until August 18th!!! Sent 3 messages asking for updates, and never got a response. Slowest shipping ever. And ZERO communication. Im reasonable. But at least tell me something. I would NOT buy from this seller again. Do not recommend.

  The cholla was well worth it. There was a lack of communication and slowness in getting it in the mail but was able to communicate well enough with seller to get the item. I would buy again but if the seller would let you know upfront they need to gather the wood and do not have it on hand would be a huge help.

  This is a mixed review. On one hand, the product I received exceeded my expectations on quantity and value. However, on the other hand, the seller took over two weeks to ship the product. I contacted the seller through eBay and eventually opened a case to cancel the order. Then my product was shipped. If there was some problem that was delaying my shipment, a proactive communication would have been nice. Waiting over 2 weeks to actually ship the product was not acceptable.

  Wow. 1st of all, this scent is incredibly hard to find. It shipped faster than expected . The deal was top tier. The seller has good communication. I would buy this over and over again. 3 full size bottles for $20. I tryst this seller. The customer service is excellent. I would definitely buy from this seller again. Please check put this sellers shop.
