  Item was poorly packaged for shipping, and after getting such a good impression and vibe with viewing the sellers eBay storefront, it was a massive letdown-and needless to say I was extremely angry with the situation. Seller was very patient with me, and graciously granted a partial refund and made things right! The seller also explained the circumstances, and I know full we re all human... There s enough chaos going on right now, especially in CA, that this matter was not worth any negativity.

  Very nice Burago model. As described, it was New-In-Box. It was securely packaged to prevent damage during shipment and it arrived intact. Favorable sale price and economical shipping cost made this a good value. An overall "A+" transaction. I would buy from this seller again.

  Thank you for an easy, pleasant transaction. Excellent seller. A+++++ Shipping route was a little strange considering British Columbia is north of California. Package travelled all the way to Chicago before coming back to the West Coast. Not sellers fault, they were amazing.
