    These paintings are painted by me, Tom Fisher, in a loose, yet realistic impressionism.. Each of my paintings are painted with lively and passionate brush strokes. This painting will truly enhance your home décor. I just love to paint and share my paintings with others. My passion is to paint! I began painting in oil at 15 years of age and have been a successful illustrator for a Fortune 500 company. I am also a listed artist.

    A Certificate of Authenticity (COA) will be sent with the painting. I use high quality paints on a high quality, acid free panel or canvas that has been handmade or purchased by me. These impressionist oil painting contains wonderfully live and expressive brush strokes using thicker paint application, and broken color not unlike some of the impressionists of old.
