  This is the second Tanglewood guitar I have purchased from toms19 and as always, this transaction was seamless. They sell high quality products at an excellent price. The guitar was packaged extremely well to prevent damage during transit. The postage was very reasonable (and fast) for the size and weight of this 12 string beauty.   Absolutely delighted with my purchase! The Fender CC-60S arrived quickly, very well packed, and exactly as described. The guitar looks beautiful, plays wonderfully, and sounds amazing.   The dispatch time was really quick however they used evri to deliver it which has to be the worst delivery company in the UK. For a £9.99 delivery charge, I would of expected a more reliable company like DPD to deliver it. Evri messaged me on the day of delivery to tell me that I had missed the delivery and they wanted more money out of me for a redelivery only for them to turn up an hour later with the delivery. Apart from that, the item was in great condition and as described.

  Postage and packaging good. Courier service leaves a lot to be desired. Tom was great at communicating and quick to respond to my emails. Guitar was better than expected and good value for money. Have dealt with this seller before and every time it was a smooth transaction. Highly recommend and hope to deal with again.

  My guitar arrived broken Evri strike again so sent it back, when Tom received it he wrote me a very nice message would i like a refund or a new guitar with goodies as way of appollagie, first it's not his fault it was Evris, but that's what I went for the new guitar and true to his word the brand new Tanglewood arrived with i would estimate between £50 to £60 worth of goods the guitar was perfect and I know i am going to be happy playing it thank you Tom. I highly recommend this seller
