  I just got these today so shipping is not the seller's fault it is the Knoxville Tennessee distribution center. Packaging was over the top protective wonderful. The shoes were actually better than described the value was completely exceptional and the seller also provided a cute little card with a note handwritten which I loved it gave it such a personal touch. I will be ordering again from the seller. I highly recommend this seller.

  Thanks for the Hobbs navy ballet flats, they are just what I wanted (I recently had to get rid of my old ones as they were falling apart). They arrived today (31st) which is not bad considering I only bought them on 17th March and they were coming from the States to the UK. The only downside was that they were a bit squashed from having been transported in a Jiffy bag, but I think the leather will bounce back when they are worn.
