    Seller shipped the product promptly (within 24 hours) . Item arrived exactly as described. The photos were not misleading in the least. Seller also includes his personal phone number in the order to resolve any issues, should there be any. He certainly went above and beyond. My only complaint, and it's minor considering the reasonable price, is the product was not cleaned before shipping. (A pair of gently used sandals.) Again, not a big deal since the price was so reasonable. Great experience!
