  There was a problem with my order, it was taking longer to be delivered than promised. I received a call from the seller, very apologetic, explaining that there was a mixup with inventory. I was told that they ordered more, and would send it out the next day. I was thanked for my patience, and given another apology. I received my item a couple days later. Nice customer service, and a great tool. Thank you!

  Item didn't ship within the posted time frame. Reached out seller, reply was fairly quick, however, seller said one thing, did another it seems. All things considered I would still recommend this seller...honesty is always the best policy.
