  This product did not function as described. I installed it correctly and followed the instructions, but the color was not anywhere near what it should’ve been as you can see from the attached photos. I contacted the company two weeks ago and they agreed to give me a refund, they even said the refund is being processed, but it has not happened. I am very disappointed in this product and in the seller!

  UPDATE, The toner was not recognized by my copier because of a hardware issue with my copier. I sent a message to the seller and they responded immediately with troubleshooting steps to take to solve the issue. The seller did an outstanding job trying to resolve my issue and make sure i was satisfied. If i need to purchase toner again, this is the seller to buy from because they have excellent customer service.
