    Evri's delivery failed and item had to be re-sent by Royal Mail. But seller was very fair to deal with. Excellent communication and packaging.

    Looks good quality and had a good deal on the price. Arrived on time and was well packed. Seller uses Royal Mail so no issues with parcel being dumped by a courier. Highly recommended seller.

    Exactly what I wanted. Was as described and pictured. Shipping was very slow, and I know seller had no control over customs. It took a week in customs. Great communication! Not USA based and my fault for not realizing that to begin with.

    A big positive for Top Rated Tools who did everything right, thank you, but a massive negative for Evri. No info regarding delivery, no attempt to ring door bell (we were in), lied on where item was placed, only found out item had been delivered by checking tracking to see when it was coming. Poor service by Evri.

    The seller dispatched in good time and informed me that the package was on its way. EVRI on the other hand couldn’t do what they had been paid for. Please use this seller but if possible stay away from EVRI and their tracking system, auto chat and their live agents.

    I waited an appropriate time for an overseas order and then notified the seller that it was never received. They immediately apologized for the glitch in shipping sent a replacement. This is an AAA+++ and responsible company to deal with. Highly recommend !!!
