    Was a little reluctant to reach out to Japan, even for a much desired Romero Creations ukulele. However, it was pain free and went very quickly. The dispatch and shipping was very quick, and the ukulele was delivered within a week. Paying duty was done by email and web, and very easy. The description was spot on. And it plays a dream for a soprano ukulele. It wasn't cheap, but is well worth what I paid.

    Transaction was as simple as it could get pay, ship in a very timely manor and receive...which was only problem but that was not the sellers fault. Item was described perfectly and pictures showed the exact item very well with descriptions of the flaws or noted features with the item. All in all very pleased with the sellers and hope to do business in the future.

    Came exactly as in description. Came with white keys and black keys. Everything works great. Got a great price. Packaging was great. Shipping was fast for international shipping.
