  Quick shipping and packaged well, but when I took LinaBell out of her packaging, her leg wasn't fully attached and there was a big hole where her leg was supposed to be sewn to her body. (I sewed it up myself, rather than send it back.) Otherwise, plush appeared to be in new condition with tags still attached.
