  Advertised as good trunk lid and had a couple marked spots where the part supposedly had damage but when I got the part it was all dented and scratched, seller agreed to refund $150 to cover some of the cost to repair but he never sent the refund , will not answer to my messages. Very bad and unprofessional seller , don’t trust this guy . I will have to contact eBay to get my money back

  The item was paid on May 9th( Friday)our handling time is 2-3 business days. The package was shipped on time on the 15th May. Delivered on May 28th delivered on the time frame. There was no reason to contact you if the package was arriving on time. You sent us a message with your concern we replied right away. Gave you updates of the transit. Feedback was unfair. I’m sorry if you felt the transit time was a long time. Remind you this was an oversized package.
