  Tradercody2 was extremely helpful as the item didn’t arrive at the estimated date and I was worried that it had got lost. He advised me that Royal Mail could take anything up to 10 days to arrive. The item eventually arrived and was very well wrapped up and in very good condition. Value was very reasonable as it was Free Postage. Thank you Tradercody2 for your help

  As advertised in good condition, unfortunately it was the wrong cream, contacted seller and it was replaced in two days seller also enclosed pre paid envelope to return the first product. Recommend this seller.

  It didn't arrive so I was offered another be sent out,this had slight damage so I was given partial refund,item arrived today and it's the 16 hr one not 24 hr,can't really complain for £3.45 after the £3 partial refund tho,got there in the end so all good,seller done their best to rectify the situation
