  I knew the item was used and needed cleaned up, but there was no mention of the file being bent. It was bent so much that it was nearly impossible to open without using a screwdriver or something to pry it up, and once it was opened, it would not close without being forcefully bent back. i tried to bend it back into shape, but unfortunately it snapped off. I had to buy another unit from someone else.
