Realized shortly after it was shipped skates had been shipped to the wrong address (my bad). Contacted FedEx and was told only shipper could alter the products path. Contacted seller was told they couldn't help me. When I asked for a refund or how to make it right I was told tough, and I could take it up with eBay if I wanted to.

Maybe told "tough" wasn't exactly what happened. Fedex does not allow us to "alter the products path" there is no way to change a package once its in route or has been delivered to the wrong address. You purchased on the 29th of March and advised us of incorrect address on the 4th of April. Its hard to get product to you when incorrect shipping address is provided. And just refunding isn't logical, too many scammers.
