  My order arrived today in US Mail. Well packed in a sturdy box with bubble wrap around the product. The product is brand new and exactly as listed. I had just recently received an email from the Seller wanting to know if my order had safely arrived. Very good Seller experience with the Seller.

  Item is of good quality for the price point. Well made and well packaged. Easy to install with pass through couplers as advertised. Arrived in good condition in plain packaging. Easy to put together and arrived completely undamaged. Appearance is exactly as advertised, a black, 24 port keystone compatible 1RU panel with a decently solid rear cable management for incoming cables. Shipping was super quick, arrived within a couple of days of the order being placed.

  Always wonder why we are asked questions like: the condition or appearance of the item before the item even ships? Anyway, my order was placed and paid on Thursday, 9/25 and here it is 9/28 and still don't even have a tracking number yet. Most vendors I've bought from who are stateside at least provide a tracking number on the first business day. Anyway, this holding up a repair on my only vehicle.😐

  Outstanding quality--just what I was looking for. Great value for the price. Item exactify as appeared in seller's listing. Packaging and box a little bent up by the USPS but didn't affect the condition or the appearance. Hope to purchase from this seller again.
