  Well I refunded the buyer during our companies move into a brick and mortar location. It was taking time to locate this article. After refunding him I let him know that I would rather refund him than have him continue to wait, I apologized and not only offered the item for free when found but also gave him a 25% storewide coupon.   This is such a beautiful custom in hand. Sure it some scratches but I'm not complaining because of how beautiful he is in hand. What a fantastic custom even if it is 80% spray painted with a little bit of hand painting here and there. I still love it to death
