  I got the bunny with a few small stains but were visible so I reached out and the seller handled it with such grace, I didn’t feel any bad energy when they replied not one bit and that made such an impact..they refunded the money and told me to kept Clover. I wasn’t expecting them to do that I didn’t ask them to do it but it’s a what they did for my niece and I and it made all the difference in the world. Thank you for being so kind about the situation, very respectful I appreciate that so much

  If Item was dirty I did not catch it when listing. Buyer given full refund and allowed to keep item. She was happy with that stating she would like to change feedback score but didn't know how.

  I ordered June 2nd, got told the item would arrive by 6/13, logged into eBay shipping label made and not received by USPS. Item just now got notified by USPS that it might arrive 6/20. Glad it wasn’t a gift for Father’s Day. Hoping it actually arrives. Not even sure what it looks like yet or how well they packaged it. It
