  Been asked to revise feedback which I am worn ring for three days it has cracked been told that I damaged it which I havnt asked for it to be changed but no very very poor service will not use again

  Unfortunately the buyer did not fully understand the material of this ring before purchasing and wore it for a physically demanding job. This is clearly explained in the listings and my rings are one of the highest quality tungsten rings around. This was communicated to the buyer and they reacted by leaving negative feedback for their own mistake. Ebay was informed

  Not worth the money to big and cheap looking returned it to the seller a week ago but received no refund contacted the seller still no reply made the mistake of sending it back first class mail mail so didn't get a tracking number I don't believe for a minute that it has gone missing in the post

  Unfortunately the buyer didn't contact me as stated and also didn't follow the returns policy as stated. Shame as it could of been resolved professionally. Thanks
