Hunting for vintage things that someone outgrew is one of my most delightful rainy-day hobbies. There is something magically captivating about old things that someone once needed and used, and then it outgrew its usefulness. When I was a little girl, I loved digging through garbage and old buildings in search of treasures to enhance my other hobbies. As years passed, I saved the stuff my parents, siblings, children, and husband. I have since added thrift shops and estate sales to my travels. Hence, my store is a lifelong collection of what I call functional art- old, beautiful, and valuable things waiting to be useful to someone again
