  I would definitely recommend this seller. The item was exactly what I was looking for, and was packed very well. However, by the time it reached me there was a big dent in the package and so the item arrived broken. It was clear that the damage was not the fault of the seller, but rather of the shipping agent. Communication was excellent, with a refund issued immediately. So, even though my item arrived broken, I have NO problem recommending this seller for any future purchase.

  The heart shaped necklace is absolutely more beautiful in person, and I love it! It was as described, well packaged, and was shipped and arrived very quickly. The price was great and best of all was the personalized note. The seller wrote me a note thanking me for my purchase, and she also added a Bible verse which I appreciate it very much. The seller (Di) went above and beyond and making me feel as if I made this purchase in person. I appreciate Di’s kindness very much!

  The bracelet arrived within the stated time zone; however, I was hoping for the earlier portion of the zone. It arrived exquisitly packaged with satin, a pretty note and a handscibbed note. So special. The was additionally safely and securely packaged. It was as described. The weight is a little lighter than I expected so I'll have to look for another one. Not at all the seller's fault. As a matter of fact, I would definitely purchase from this seller again and totally recommend them.
