    Horrible experience. Paid for item immediately. Item never shipped, got some garbage excuse about how it was “out of stock”. Why is it listed then? Seller refused to refund me my money so I had to wait two weeks to go through eBay. Buyer beware! Avoid this seller like the plague.

    This is the only time I have left negative feedback for any seller. Three day shipping policy on their page listing is simply a footnote, answering emails is done via auto reply, hence no answer, then a littany of excuses for non shipment, item needs to be checked for authenticity/condition in another part of Korea, (well why are you listing the item) they have many orders and overwhelmed, missed the shipment time twice, promise to send the following day etc. Forget this seller.

Unfortunately, as your order was placed just before a public holiday in Korea, the inspection and shipping process could not proceed smoothly.     Lightning fast shipping and an amazing bag! Ordered on a Sunday and received it on Wednesday!! Amazing. Tariffs are a killer though. I had to pay an extra $300ish on top of what the bag is listed for. I guess next time I’ll just fly to Korea to go shopping/vacation lol
