I admire a company that will serve it's clients instead of itself. This is from a recycling company so I didn't expect the CPU/GPU to be repasted (they where not and that's ok but do be aware it's something you want to do with a used CPU. I would definitely buy from them again. The flaw with laptop I got was keyboard key indentions in the screen however I can't even notice this flaw.
