I did not see a selection box so I sent them a message on how to get a 20 ft long. They said to use the nonexistent drop down box to select the length. So I sent a note attached to my order to ship a 20 footer. A 9 footer was shipped, super quickly, but not what I ordered. They did allow a return but not refunded yet as they haven't received it back. When they ship me a 20 footer instead of a refund I'll change this review to positive!
