    My grandson was happy to finally get these books. The packaging was messy in my car, but he loved it! What can I say? I’ve used partially inflated balloons for packing cushions. 🤣 As described. Great deal! Free shipping, so can’t complain although Fed Ex delivered to my neighbor. We have ongoing issues with Fed Ex.

    The item came in perfect condition but ended up having an internal battery problem. I contacted this seller and she was amazingly quick with responses and provided a partial refund so that I could get the internal battery issue fixed. Even though the product had the battery issue, this seller was fantastic to work with, and I cannot recommend her enough to others. Thank you for your great service!
