  Item sent promptly, issue with post office saying they’d delivered it when they hadn’t caused issues. Not the sellers fault. Communication was easy. Post office finally delivered it today with no explanation why they’d said delivered when they hadn’t.. seller, however, was easy to buy from and item was as described, thank you.

  Great communications, my parcel was delivered to another street (didn't know this at the time) and I had to open a case. The parcel finally got delivered today by the kind lady in the other street. Good Seller ,bad postperson ! Would definitely buy from again, quick dispatch items as described . Good Ebayer

  by mistake I ordered the wrong colour t-shirts,wrote to the supplier about it and they responded positively, so I got the goods I wanted,very efficient and quick, amazing communication and prompt delivery, don't hesitate to order. thank you

  Disgusting seller, sold an item which was not what was advertised. Their pictures and description did not match. I sent the item back straight away, was incredibly polite, literally started return, next day sent. Rather than refunding in full as their fault they did not describe it correctly, they are claiming it has been worn and is unsellable!! Refunded only partially! Never had this ever!

  Your item was the exact item purchased. No problem if you wanted to return, even though it was after the 30 day returns period. We refunded 80% of the item because you had worn and washed the item and put a name in the label. It had to be discarded.

  Prompt delivery, reasonable quality t shirts. I bought 6 t shirts that arrived in one plastic bag, which I was charged £10.95 p+p, I thought was excessive seeing as the postage was only about £3.50.
