    I ordered three packs of flies with a total of 36 unfortunately there was a couple short in the count but the seller was very quick to put this right. But I had to send a copy of the invoice which they would have already had and then take a photograph of the flies they sold me. They made a refund for the missing flies and that was that. Good communication by seller a lot of work by buyer for a small refund rather than sending me the two flies. I am neutral on this.
