    The vent hood works great. Shipping information in the post was incorrect which caused me confusion trying to track it during shipping. Regardless it arrived in good time and well packaged. Assembly instructions were incorrect for a couple steps but that is not the fault of the seller. All in all I am very satisfied with the purchase.

    Seller is reporting open box new quality however is shipping out scratch and dent appliances. See pictures for proof. Don't waste your money or take the risk to believe this seller is legit. They are not. Open box, the appliances definitely are, ALONG WITH SCRATCH AND DENT

    Dent was from shipping and we offered a partial refund to buyer. we are not certain why buyer wasn't satisfied with partial refund issued. thank you for your business.
