The seller had surgery, which understandably would delay and repairs, and we were told we could get a full refund if we wanted. However, because we wanted the rings, returning them wasn't a consideration if they couldn't have prongs repaired. We ultimately kept the rings and had the prongs repaired elsewhere. There were 9 prongs with problems, which was disappointing.
