There was no damage or lack of functionality to this unit. The buyer was refunded on a good faith basis, on the chance shipping caused damage. The buyer was also shown additional pictures prior to shipment, which they approved, confirming the item was in the exact condition and functionality as listed. The buyer specifically requested images of the exact functionality and condition prior, they are now claiming defective.
