    Item was received at least five days earlier than originally stated when purchase was made. The item was received as advertised. Price was very reasonable. Item appeared to be brand new and quality, appearance, and installation backed up the seller’s statement as item being brand new.

    Through no fault of the seller, my package was not trackable and arrived about 10 days late. The seller was very responsive and helpful. However, when it came, the box was open. I am not sure if there were ever directions in the box, but when I contacted the seller for directions on how to install, I got no response. I found an easy-to-follow video on YouTube.
