  Reallly great price for a New Yamaha EAD10; received as described; the shipping box was undamaged, with packing inside. the original factory box containing the product inside the sipping box was damaged and torn in several places. The items inside the factory box were packed from the factory with Styrofoam, and appear to be undamaged.

  Product and Shipping was an A+, thus the positive rating. Communication was an F! My fault, but an old address was used as a ship to location. I noticed this when I received the confirmation of the order and immediately contacted the seller. They never responded. Luckily for me, I contacted my old neighbors and they were able to get the package for me. It all worked out, but I don’t understand how you can’t respond to your buyer.

  great condition and appearance is as listed. unopened packaging and worth every penny. lister could be more communicative but after lister was reached the rest of the time went swiftly.

  Exactly what I ordered/expected. The box was damaged, but given the price/savings versus retail direct from the manufacturer's website, who cares about a damaged box. Shoes arrived brand new, perfect condition. Delivery was timely, tracking info was provided. Happy camper here.

  The item is perfect and was good value, but as others have said, it was shipped in a flimsy bag, so the box was completely beat up and some of the styrofoam on the inside was even broken. Loving the keyboard though!
