  Very good company. I have had several orders with this company and the goods have arrived in tact as described and on time. However when I received my latest order the bags were all shredded and had obviously been damaged somewhere along the line. I reported this to the company and they responded very quickly, offering me the choice of a refund or reorder. I chose the latter and received them within days 5 Stars for your handling of this matter.

  I woukd recommend this seller. Good value for 25 Do Not Bend Manilla envelopes. The only thing I would change is the delivery. Parcel arrived torn at one corner and taped back up by YODEL who dropped knocked and ran off!

  I've used this seller quite a few times now, everything always good, now this isn't the sellers fault but, the delivery is rubbish, my parcel was left on the ground at the side of my hedges , & can be seen by people walking past. No arrangements were made to leave the parcel anywhere & could have been put through the letter box.

  Exactly as described and exactly what I was looking for. Strange how difficult to find a ‘heavy duty’ Kraft brown wrapping paper: plenty of 85 or 90gsm, but Packaging-Supplies-Direct fulfilled the ‘heavy’ at 100gsm and delivered in good order and on time. Thank you. And I’m very happy with the price, too!
