  Ordered item never received. Seller initially promised to check tracking and expedite shipping if lost. The next day, they canceled my order without explanation. I reached out for clarification but received no response. At least I got my money back, but the lack of communication and abrupt cancellation was disappointing.

  Still waiting. Can't see where pack is but it says it's been shipped. No update Close to 20 days now. Can't cancel because it's been shipped. Can't contact buyer it won't let me. eBay should take a look at this. Oh but it's hard to get through to them .....is someone there????? I am embarrassed as an eBsy Seller..and ticked as an eBay Buyer. If it ever makes it to the grill those burgers are gonna taste bad for long time.

  I would not buy from this seller again. I was not sent the exact amount of items that I paid for and they are using amazon to sell through ebay, so I couldn't track my package with the tracking number if I even wanted too (it doesn't work).

  Beware of this buyer: I have reported you to Ebay. From the start a red flag with scamming tactics on order and delivery. We saw this coming.

  There was a delay in delivery but I contacted the seller and they were very prompt in responding to me and giving me updates. My item arrived very quickly after my inquiry , it was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. It was at a good price , looked great and works well. I’m very pleased with the quality of customer service and care in the product. Thank you
