  Garbage seller. Takes your money and doesn’t respond to messages. Took 5 messages over the course of 13 days to respond. And got upset when I called out his lack of communication and professional. Do not buy from this seller. Never sent the item or even provided a shipping date.

  This person wants to be treated as an AMAZON prime buyer. The listing is free, hence the shipping policy. I guess this buyer thinks he is in AMAZON prime and items are made in China and ships right away. Buyer that buys but does not read item description let alone shipping policies. This buyer does not have money to purchase expedited shipping, thats why he gets angry if free shipping does not ship right away.

  Absolutely trash seller. Takes forever to send shipments. They are all behind schedule and very delayed and slow. They barely reply. They take weeks to send the package out. They take there sweet time with no care given. Might as well wait 6 months to get my package. ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE SELLER WHO DOESN’T KNOW HOW TO DO BUSINESS. He says he has hundreds of orders so that’s why they are slow. That is no excuse. No package should take 3 weeks to send out. My package is still sitting with them..

  Sadly I cannot recommend this seller. Why? 1) Prior to purchase I contacted them and received a speedy reply, but after ordering they were very difficult to get a response from. 2) They listed the item as a Monsoon stereo, which is what we need for our customers 19000 original mile '89 Turbo Trans Am, but they sent a standard stereo. 3) The stereo was supposed to be completely refurbished but was definitely not, it had the BT added but otherwise was untouched. Disappointing and returned.

  item took two weeks to arrive, received the completely wrong item, and the seller is not communicating. will not be buying from them again and I encourage others to avoid as well.

  I own a thirty year old Pontiac. The radio knobs get brittle and break. When I’ve bought used replacement knobs in the past, they’ve been brittle and don’t last long. This seller did a good job describing the part. I was expecting a used part. It appears to be new in dealer packaging. I’m pleasantly surprised.
