Not packaged well. Arrived horribly damaged…Same day sent pics to the seller who said they would send a new one out right away. No other instructions. After 10 days, no replacement received. Now I see they, days later, said “close the return”. I don’t know what this means. Send it back? (fine, but why didn’t they say that originally? I have not been sent any return label…guitar is still here…good thing I didn’t throw it out.). Stay away from this seller. This was a gift. I’m embarrassed.

On June 3, 2025 I received an email this item was shipped and would arrive June 5-7, 2025. I the tracking on shipping and it said shipped and enroute. On June 11, 2025 I received an email from the seller this item was currently out of stock and they would process a full refund. I sent a message to the seller asking how and item that was "out of stock" could have been shipped??? No response.
