  Seller labeled this item as possible connectivity issues. Not that the item was still associated with another account. This item is basically useless as it can not be activated online due to it being locked. That should have been stated in the description of the item. As connectivity issues is not the same as being associated when another account. As it does connect but due to being on someone else’s account I can not register it. I would have never bought the item knowing this.

  It works great. Thank you. I just got in this weekend due unforseen water leaks that I had to fix as well but the heater works great no issues at all . I really appreciate it.
