  Make sure to read the description closely, as I did not, and this is just arbitrage. I thought it was a hardcover, but it is the softcover POD. The seller is ordering the softcover from DriveThruRPG for 24.99 and selling it for twice the price on eBay. Serves me right for ordering this while sleep deprived while caring for a newborn. 0/5 stars would not recommend.
