    Item never arrived. Apparently PO lost. Seller failed to communicate promptly and then expected a response within 15 minutes because eBay wanted case closed by midnight. 15 minutes????? The messages me at 1144 pm. Needed a response by midnight. Unilaterally decided on refund when I specifically said in case that I still wanted item (personalized sticker). They don’t have to worry about me wanting anything from them again. Super poor communication to expect a response in 15 minutes!!!

    We replied the same day the claim was filed on July 13th. We said that we would look into it as the tracking information we provided shows the item was delayed/in transit. We filed a claim with the post office to escalate delivery which can take time. When the time came within 24 hours of the case needing to be closed(with a few days of being opened) we asked that if they still want the item to close the case and we can send another. Ebay just processed the "auto-refund" portion before they did.

    Great seller, awesome communication. I had a problem with my decal and the seller immediately fixed the issue. The replacement decal is perfect! I really appreciate the great customer service. Will definitely buy from again!
