  I asked prior to bidding because it was a no returns auction if there were any holes in the cape on the vintage barbie outfit floating gardens.The seller responded "Not that I can see".So I bid and won.The item arrived and upon inspection I found holes on the back bottom of the cape.I immediately contacted the seller.The seller said"I do not have the money right now to refund you".You can take this issue up with eBay if you feel the need".So unfortunately my only recourse is FB & to open a case.
