I also sent you a couple YouTube unboxing video's and factory details paper page proofing what is in the box which clearly shows that this item doesn't come with lid from factory. There are so many unboxing videos online that you can check to see that this brand/Eshopps 800 do NOT have the lid included to the pkg. You can return the item as you wish for a refund if its not used.
