  UNIVERSAL TRADERS on eBay are a credit to eBay. Had problem with delivery and they sent out replacement one double quick arrived today. So very impressed with their customer service. Genuine Molton brown products lower then retail price and alway NEW condition. Packed properly and protected when posted HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SELLER

  First one had been tampered with in transit, package arrived on time but had been opened. After notifying seller, communication was prompt and I received another product shortly after. As not sellers fault I rate the whole transaction and service as A1.

  Arrived quickly, as described and all sealed. Good value too. Quite a lot of packaging in a box that was a bit big for the contents.

  The item arrived and was as described but the delivery driver was going to leave the parcel outside as I was not in after some children in the street said they were my neighbours but this was not correct! Luckily my neighbour opposite intervened and took my parcel in or it would have been stolen by these children as I have had several similar incidents in the past. But why the delivery driver would take a child's word and not try leave with my neighbours is very concerning!

  This is a great product I have used it for many years,fantastic value and you only need a smal amount as it spreads easily,so it lasts a while.packaging was good,well wrapped and arrived intact,no box,but I can live with that,super speedy delivery,very happy with my purchase and will buy again Recommended seller,many thanks
