I have to give this seller my complete respect. They went above and beyond to make sure the computer I ordered arrived in a timely fashion and in pristine condition. They even had to handle me when I flew off the rails without good reason. This seller is probably the best seller I have ever dealt with on eBay. I cannot recommend them enough. I got a great product at at really good price and it arrived exactly as promised. Highly highly recommend this seller!! I am beyond thrilled!!!

Unfortunately I was not able to use the processor upgrade tray because my MacPro didn’t have the correct boot rom but it came wrapped Very Well. I wish I could have kept it. The seller was great and understanding and even paid for the return shipping!

Super-great transaction! Seller answered my questions before the sale, the item arrived within the stated time, and the item is perfect. And installation could not have been easier; unplug the computer, remove the old CPU tray, slide the new one in, plug the computer in and turn it on. Get back to work! THANKS!!!
