  Despite numerous reviews about poor mirror quality and distortion, I found the item to be very good, equivalent to OEM. Unfortunately, the layout of the electrical components on the back of the mirror was not the same as OEM and the connector for the blind spot indicator was NOT directly compatible with the OEM connector on my 2021 F350 Platinum. The seller was extremely responsive, even offering a workaround solution, but when I indicated that I preferred to return the item, they agreed.
