  Item arrived with defective switch. Seller responded nearly instantly to my email, immediately offered free return, and complete refund of all expenses. While I regret the part was not usable, I believe the mistake was an honest one, and I give high marks for the professwional way this was handled by the seller.   This is exactly what I needed. It's in much better condition than the one that came with my truck. I think the lid was fixed and that perfect because my original one is cracked. The buyer was willing to work with me on the price, so I got a good deal, and they shipped it in a timely manner. Also, they packaged it very well, so it arrived with no issues and it's exactly how they described it. 10/10. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

  The Honda Accord arm rest lid was as in good as condition as described. It matched perfectly; I was very happy with that. The packaging was great too. The price with shipping costs was reasonable also.
