  Though the package was damaged in transit, possibly from a larger, heavier item laid on top, the seller was great with communications and prompt to refund the purchase price since the faucet was unusable due to the supply lines being pinched from the damage. One thing to note is that the supply lines are substantially shorter than most of the standard supply lines you get from a box store or name brand products like Glacier Bay, Moen, etc. Just something to keep in mind.

  I ordered a 5.8 ft Hard Tonneau Cover for my truck bed, but instead, I received a completely different product—a drive shaft assembly! This was a major disappointment as it was not even remotely close to what I ordered. To make matters worse, I tried contacting customer support to resolve the issue, but I received no response at all. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and the lack of communication from support only adds to the problem. I expected better service and accountability.

  Delivered in a timely manner. Showerhead is exactly as described. Installation was very easy. Water flow is perfect. Packaging had holes and gouges in it at delivery, but product quality was not compromised.
