  Excellent seller! Great communication! Seller sent the item the day after the order was done, but got my package very late thanks to USPS JACKSONVILLE FL distribution center. So beware if you are ordering to Puerto Rico or in the caribbean. Not USAcompu fault. But finally got my new Hikvision colorvu camera in its original package with its original seal. Thanks!

  So far so good was able to program what I needed. I was a bit nervous that the equipment wasn’t going to be true Hik equipment. But it does look to be and the contact person for the company did reassure me that it was. Package showed up a day late.

  I had never tried to use a 2 piece male BNC connector. Bag of them arrived without any specification or cable stripping into. Their technical support was very helpful in supplying the needed info.
