  The ad for this coffee machine did not specify that this was not the original Nespresso machine. The pods are twice as expensive as the original and it will be much more expensive to operate. Furthermore, the pods come in 4 different sizes, one only 1.7 oz. For an American coffee drinker, this is useless. The seller does not accept returns so I am stuck with it.

  Before placing an order, it’s your responsibility to thoroughly read the item description. We clearly stated what is being offered, and there should be no confusion about what you were purchasing. It’s not fair to make assumptions and then complain after the fact. Secondly, you’re buying a $99 coffee machine—not a high-end commercial unit. I’m not sure what kind of performance or features you were expecting at this price point, but we suggest keeping expectations realistic.
